Custom Brand Requests

If you have a specific manufacturer in mind—such as Worcester Bosch, Toshiba, LG or Samsung —we are happy to source and install it upon request. As always, the unit will be fitted to our exact "no-shortcuts" trade standard.

However, because we reserve our extended warranty packages and ongoing callout support for our primary recommended brands, alternative brand requests carry restricted warranty terms:

12-Month Workmanship Guarantee: Our installation labour and fitting quality are covered for 12 months.
Equipment & Factory Callouts: JoeAir does not provide free callout support, labour coverage, or management for internal equipment failures on Worcester Bosch, Toshiba, LG, or Samsung. Any product defects must be handled directly through the manufacturer's warranty.

Fully Qualified & Legally Compliant We take safety and compliance incredibly seriously. JoeAir is a fully certified REFCOM F-Gas Registered business, and our work is backed by the highest industry standards. This includes the City & Guilds Level 2 Award in F-Gas and ODS Regulations: Category 1 (500/5730/3). Holding a Category 1 qualification means we are legally certified to install, maintain, leak-test, and service climate control systems of any size without restriction.

Furthermore, we hold the City & Guilds Level 2 in Electrical Installations alongside the highly up-to-date City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (2382-26).

While we focus strictly on the mechanical installation of your system—coordinating directly with a certified electrician for any new dedicated power supplies and official electrical sign-offs—our qualified understanding of electrical infrastructure means we know exactly how to integrate our heavy-duty units safely into your property without overloading circuits or cutting corners.
