Professional Servicing & Maintenance

A high-end climate control system is a major investment for your property. Regular servicing goes far beyond just washing filters—it is about protecting the mechanical reliability of your unit. We provide comprehensive, preventative maintenance to ensure your compressor runs smoothly, your energy bills stay low, and your system lasts for years without unexpected breakdowns.

Service Scope & Conditional Works

Our maintenance schedule encompasses all routine mechanical and hygienic servicing. Should our engineers discover underlying faults or performance issues during the initial diagnostics, you will be notified immediately with a transparent quote for the necessary remedial work.

  • Evaporator & Condenser Cleaning (Standard): Standard cleaning of accessible coils, filters, and fascias. If the indoor unit is heavily fouled from lack of prior maintenance and requires a full strip-down for deep cleaning, this falls outside routine servicing and will be quoted as a restorative deep clean.

  • Component Inspection (Standard): General operational checks, including visual inspection of accessible electrical connections and auditory assessment of the running compressor. Advanced electrical diagnostics (such as measuring compressor windings) fall outside routine maintenance and will be quoted separately as fault-finding if an underlying issue is suspected.

  • Performance Diagnostics (Standard): Assessment of system efficiency by measuring operational air temperature differentials at both the indoor and outdoor units. If these non-invasive checks indicate the system is underperforming, we will then perform a full pressure analysis to investigate the fault.

  • F-Gas Diagnostics & Remedial Works (Conditional): To prevent unnecessary refrigerant loss or contamination, invasive gauge checks are strictly reserved for systems failing the temperature diagnostic. If a pressure analysis confirms a leak or low charge, full F-Gas leak tracing, repair, and system regassing will be required. This falls outside standard maintenance and will be quoted as an additional repair.
